Welcome, ROP team, to the Vintage Occupational Academy (VOA)

I couldn't be happier than to have all of us together on a Vintage-wide ROP collaboration. It's even better that we're doing it as a SMART Team demonstration.

The first goal will be for all of us to get comfortable with the mechanics of using a blog for collaboration and active communication. Towards that end, I'm inviting each team member (and our vital associate members, M.L., Cori, Seana and Janice, over at NCOE ROP!) to post a comment to this post.

Here's a definition: A "post" is quite similar to a log or diary entry. In blogging, it's where the blogger posts some information. You are reading a post right now.

Another definition: A "comment" is a response to a particular post. I invite each team member to comment of this post as a way of signing on the phase 1 of the Team project. Just click on "Comments" to get started.
